  Its a good costumer service as long as you dont mind waiting in line... Sometimes you'll be in and out in less than 5 minutes but other times you could wait up to 15-20 minutes (even if theres only one person in line) Other than that everyone is friendly and glad to help

  Personale is great but the hours suck, theres like 5 citi banks in florida and they all close at 3:50 -_-

  I arrived at about 1230 with one person waiting in front of me to create an account. The bank only had two people able to provide this service and one was on lunch. It took until roughly 2pm to get seen. Upon being seen I am informed I am missing a particular document. It sucks waiting that long just to be sent away but oh well it was my fault. I go home get the document return to the bank sign my name. My name is next on the list but instead the banker took another gentlemen who she either knew or i dont know what but they skipped me telling me it would be a minute. I am currently still sitting and waiting to be seen. This is by far the slowest and least efficient bank. If I could I would have handled this with Navy Federal but instead I am stuck with this garbage service.
