- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If you're buying a home and see that Kahane and Associates, is the title company.. RUN. They do NOT care about you. They will procrastinate at every given moment. They will NOT show up for closing, they are rude, and just down right horrible. My husband and I closed on a house.. No keys. They will not confirm that they received funds two weeks ago. They have hung up on us when we call, they won't answer direct questions and instead skirt around the question, assuming they're in a good mood. I'm done. This is insanity. They can't even make their own closing deadline??? What in the world is with this??? Sickening. Absolutely sickening.By Katie Martin, September 29, 2016
