  If they don't want to talk to you, they'll correspond via email. That way, they can control when and if they want to communicate. They also check their caller I.D. before they answer the phone. If they don't want to speak with you, they let it go to voice mail.

  I was looking to transfer my insurance from another state to Florida. I called and talked to two other State Farm Insurance agents. One never called me back with a quote and was very hard to get in contact with. The other agent front desk was very rude to me, the person who helped me with the quote was nice but quoted me car insurance for over $300. Then called me back and quoted me still more then Carly at Nancy-Wolfe Smith State Farm. Carly is so nice and helped me in a very timely and professional manner. The quote Carly gave me for my brother and I was so much cheaper and reasonable. She also told me about different discounts to lower my insurance. Carly was very helpful. I am so excited to now be apart of the Nancy-Wolfe Smith State Farm family! All the reviews are a 100% true. This is a great insurance agent and I would recommend it to others.
